Fitbox Fitness 6-Day Squat Challenge: Compulsory for all members, this challenge aims to significantly boost lower body strength and endurance in just six days.

  • Goal: Improve lower body strength, endurance, and form
  • Participants: All members of Fitbox Fitness (Compulsory)

Daily Schedule:

  1. Day 1: 50 Squats
  2. Day 2: 75 Squats
  3. Day 3: 100 Squats
  4. Day 4: 125 Squats
  5. Day 5: 150 Squats
  6. Day 6: 200 Squats

Instructions:

  • Ensure proper squat form: feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, knees not extending past toes, and lowering until thighs are parallel to the ground.
  • Warm up before starting and cool down afterward.
  • Track your progress daily in Gymmax to stay accountable.
