Daily Schedule:
- Day 1: 50 Squats
- Day 2: 75 Squats
- Day 3: 100 Squats
- Day 4: 125 Squats
- Day 5: 150 Squats
- Day 6: 200 Squats
Instructions:
- Ensure proper squat form: feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, knees not extending past toes, and lowering until thighs are parallel to the ground.
- Warm up before starting and cool down afterward.
