June 10th - June 15th: Bench Press Competition
Kick off the summer with our Bench Press Competition! Test your strength and see how you stack up against other gym members. Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting out, this competition is a great way to push your limits and have some fun. Prizes will be awarded to the top lifters in various categories.

June 21st, 2024: International Yoga Day
Celebrate International Yoga Day with us on June 21st! Join our special yoga sessions designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness. July 1st - July 15th: Open House
From July 1st to July 15th, we're opening our doors to the community with an Open House event! August 1st - August 15th: Ground Zero Season 7
Get ready for Ground Zero Season 7, a multi-week challenge running from August 1st to August 15th. Participants will aim to lose the most weight or body fat percentage. This intense program includes personalized training plans, nutrition guidance, and motivational support. Compete for the grand prize and achieve your fitness goals with the support of our community.

October 11th-12th: Dandiya Nights Season 2
Join us for Dandiya Nights Season 2 on October 6th! Embrace the festive spirit with an evening of traditional Indian dance, vibrant music, and cultural celebration. No dance experience is necessary—just bring your energy and enthusiasm. It's a fantastic way to get moving and have a blast with fellow members. This time we are set to go bigger!

November 16th: Cricket Tournament 2024 Season 2

December 1st: Run for a Cause 5K Mini Marathon
