Weight Gain Transformation within 30 Days by - Kenneth Mathews
Back in the days when the covid hit us bringing everything to a standstill it hit us badly. We too faced the wrath of covid looking at so much of caos around me is when I felt the desire & need to work on myself. In the below blog I will explain how I gained motivation & made sure I hit my target. For me it was a heart breaking words from a person that hurt my EGO that was enough to trigger the mad man inside me. Never hurt a mans ego or he will to any extent to win & so did I.
Motivation
I Tracked my weight I was 44kgs,now since I was in a triggered mode I started to watch workout videos on youtube statrted to build my interest in knowing about it, thanks to a friend of mine of mine Sharon who gave me the 30 days Push up challenge link. I was shocked to see so much of transformation videos & their deidcation. It made me think & question myself If they Can, why cant I?
Execution
I started to workout taking up the push up challenge I stood at 44Kgs, due to covid we were not allowed to go out but I used to slip out & go to my gym (perks of owning a gym) I pushed myself & started my push ups in the gym. At the begining I was harldy able to do even 5 Push-ups but I did not give Up. I kept going day on day , 2nd day I was able to do 15, 3rd day it came to 20 per day 7 days down I was touching 50 Pushups per day.
Results
At the end of 15 days I was almost at 100 Push-Ups per day it was like I was enjoing my breath taking exersise. Tracking my weight it came to 65Kgs I was extremmly happy. This was only possible beacuse of my dedication in working out & following my diet. My daily diet consisted of 12 Eggs per day, 200 Gms of Protien & Stomach full food all three times.
